Refund policy

 

A refund can be issued back to original form of payment for any unworn/unused merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase.

The original receipt is required for all refunds. A gift receipt is documentation of the purchase only and is not considered an original receipt. Exchange or in-store credit will be offered.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and/or with original tags still attached. Shoes without original box are FINAL SALE.

Any merchandise priced with YELLOW Sale Stickers are FINAL SALE.

Any merchandise priced with GREEN Sale Stickers will be in-store exchange or credit.

Products associated with hygiene (including but not limited to swimwear, underwear, masks) are FINAL SALE

Merchandise purchased during promotional events will be exchange or in-store credit only. Discounts given during such events will not be honoured after the event has ended.

NO exchanges or returns on BOXING DAY.

Christmas gifts can be returned or exchanged until January 7, 2025, providing all above criteria has been met.
